 Planning applications for consideration include the Railway Embankment site, the former Job Centre, Green Lane and Former Park Hospital

 Housing Scrutiny Panel to meet Cobalt Housing, Thursday 17th Feb

 Muirhead Roundabout Flats get contract to start work

After a series of letters from Liberal Party councillors the Housing Association has confirmed it has appointed a contractor to start redevelopment work on the flats 2-10b Muirhead Avenue and adjoing flats in West Derby Road.

Cllr Steve Radford had protested that this major eyesore had been a major drawback for the whole of Tuebrook.

The Standards Board carried out a vendictive attack on Cllrs Steve Radford and Ben Williams utterly failings to get most of its facts straight

 Liverpool City Endorses No 2 ID Cards campaign, as a result of a resolution tabled by the Liberal Party Group the city council,has called for plans for ID cards to be scraped and money spent on 6,000 additional police

 Over 150 Tuebrook and Anfield Residents turned up to the Police Forum at Marlborough Road (2nd Feb) and backed a call for the council to endorse a section 30 order giving police the power to move on any 2 or more ynder 18 year olds after 9.00 at night in the areas of Townsend Lane, Red Streets, Rocky Lane, Clifton /Dorset Road and Month Roads

The meeting had been backed by Liberal Party Councillors Steve Radford, Hazel Williams and Chris Lenton whop wreckoned the relentles vandalism and intimidation in the area needed drastic action
