Post Office Closures - First Announcements:

From the initial consultation the Post Office have confirmed

Aintree Post Office to close 20th April 2004

Cressington and Window Lane Post Offices (Garston) to close 20th May 04

Gateacre Post office to close 21st April 04

Derby Lane and Picton Offices to close 21st April 04

Knotty Ash to close 20th April 04

Town Row (West Derby) to close 22nd May

However closure date for Lower Breck Road and Stoneycroft will remain undetermined ,no doubt to reflect opening date of new Tuebrook West Derby Road Post Office

The future of Post Offices in Larkhill, Edge Lane, Holt Road Kensington are yet to be determined
