The Taxi's are Back !

After Liberal Party Cllr Steve Radford alerted Cllr Clucas and the local press that 20,000 tenants had been invited to telephone a free phone number that did not exist , to attend meetings in a matter of days. This afternoon dozens of local taxi's spun round the city to tell tenants (some with less than 24 hours notice) to attend the consulation meetings without having to phone the number that never existed!
