Working Party set up to investigate Boot Estate Fiasco

Despite turning down a public enquiry, a massive response by residents of Norris Green to an appeal by Liberal Party Councillr Steve Radford to attend a Housing Committee Meeting, forced the reluctant Lib Dem Cllrs to agree to set up a working party to investigate this disgrace at Long Last !
