Today Liberal Party members have expressed regret that the Liverpool Eil Cbal website has been closed down by internet operators. "this website allowed the debate of many concerns by councillors who were frightened  if they made their concerns public they could be pursued and removed from office by the Standards Board who have used and abused the concept of "not showing respect " to supress legitimate and valid political criticism and debate" commented Liverpool Group Leader Steve Radford
